Cannot export tags #1058

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/VoTT.git
  2. cd VoTT
  3. npm ci
    1. npm start
    2. electron version opens
    3. added video in the .MOV format
    4. added few tags

Expected behavior Export of tags
