Zoom in/out #247

be able to zoom in to enlarge photos (it would be useful to have the ability to "lock the zoom" so when you flip to the next image it stays zoomed in to the same part of the image Mentioned in #143

As a work around for the moment, we are using windows built in magnifier: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/11542/windows-use-magnifier-to-make-things-easier-to-see

And it looks like OSX and some varieties of Linux also have one built into their accessibility suites.

Any updates for this? In my case, we have small objects to label and zooming helps so much with making accurate bounding boxes without lots of empty space
