Loading a image directory having any image name with special characters freezes vott. Basically, the vott, instead of loading images, just shows a blank screen.
In my case the image name was
Basketball%20Doubleheader_%20Leman%20JV%20Boys%20vs.%20Dwight,%20Varsity%20Girls%20vs.%20UNIS.mp4#t=610.133333.jpg
I renamed such images for vott to successfully load the image directory.
