PTP Missing PTPclient register key #12

I am running Windows 10 Enterprise 1809 and trying to sync to a ptp server. I am looking at the registry keys Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders and I am missing the PtpClients. Am I supposed to download it somewhere? Or does it appear after I pull this repo down?

Correct. They do not exist. You need to add them.
