Add fullscreen button on windows title bar #405

Describe the solution you'd like

I am a touch screen user, when I want to fullcreen an app, I need to press F11 button on keyboard, it was so inconvenience, so why not add a fullscreen button on windows title bar like UWP app that.

  1. Need a fullscreen button on windows title bar
  2. Slide down from screen top area can show the windows title bar and provide exit fullscreen button
