Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

My issue is that I use a touchscreen device and I find that Windows apps are not yet really optimized.

For e.g, I'd like to use VLC for its brightness and volume swipe gestures which are not available on desktop version.

I also found someone complaining on Reddit
