Install an app that doesn't say it's resizable in its manifest but could otherwise be resized properly prior to the the update that caused apps to get marked as non-resizable by default.
Enable the "Force activities to be resizable" option under Developer options.
Attempt to resize the app.
✔️ Expected Behavior
The app resizes properly.
❌ Actual Behavior
The app gets improperly resized and the "This app does not support resize. Tap refresh to attempt anyway" popup appears.
