Steps to reproduce

Open a software that supports desktop floating windows (which can be dragged), and then drag it.

✔️ Expected Behavior

You can drag the floating window of Android software on Windows correctly.

❌ Actual Behavior

As mentioned above, you can't drag the Android floating window
