Hi there. If you are running on the latest version of Windows 11, and enable "Advanced Networking" from the WSA Settings page, you should see Android utilizing the proxies configured. Thanks!
Reference
May I know which version of Windows 11 I should be on? as I am running Windows 11 version 21H2 build number 22000.978 which is currently the latest available for me via Windows Update. I still do not see the Advanced Networking tab in the WSA Settings page.
The latest release is Windows 11 version 22H2 which you can find here - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11. You might also look for it in Windows Update under Settings -> Windows Update -> Advanced Options -> Optional Updates.

Unfortunately, after the update, I still can't enable the Advanced Networking in the Settings page due to me being connected to a VPN. I get the error 'You're running an unknown VPN configuration: to ensure that all traffic goes through your VPN, advanced networking has been disabled.'
I've "Advanced Networking" On and set system proxy via windows settings->network & internet->Proxy but my android apps seems not picking proxy server.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Currently, WSA has limited support for networking options. It does not allow for the connection to be connected to a proxy server. This does not allow me to use apps like Charles Proxy to debug my android applications.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like Microsoft to add support to allow me to connect to proxy servers in the WSA settings. This is so that I can connect to a proxy server and use my android apps for debugging with applications like Charles Proxy.
