Error code: Wsl/Service/CreateVm/ConfigureNetworking/ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND #10083

Repro Steps

my goal is to install kali-win-kex , but for that i need to update kali to version 2 1.wsl --install 2.wsl --set-default-version 1

  1. wsl --install -d kali-linux
  2. wsl --set-version kali-linux 2

Expected Behavior

kali-linux installed

Actual Behavior

In the the powershell after wsl --set-version kali-linux 2: Conversion in progress, this may take a few minutes... The system cannot find the file specified. Error code: Wsl/Service/CreateVm/ConfigureNetworking/ERROR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
