I didn't realize you had to run an operation when collecting logs. Here's logs for when I tried to start Ubuntu WslLogs-2023-08-30_17-18-17.zip

Repro Steps
Initially I had an issue with the VM's taking up a lot of my memory, so I attempted to modify the .wslconfig file to limit the memory, I had it set to
[wsl2] memory=4GB
I'm guessing that wasn't enough memory because then I couldn't actually start anything, e.g. a container in Visual Studio Code. Also any command in wsl would just hang and my Docker Desktop would appear to hang before giving an error of "unable to calculate image disk size" I tried deleting the .wslconfig file but everything is still stuck in this state.I've tried uninstalling and re-installing everything (wsl, the wsl distribution, docker desktop) but nothing. WSL will respond after a restart, but once it tried to install Ubuntu, it just behaves incredibly slow. It will eventually get to adding a username and password, but after that it hangs. The process running the install also appears to use very little resources.
I don't know what else to try, I feel like I've deleted any docker related folder and uninstalled/reinstalled everything possible. I've attached the WSL log files if that helps.
Expected Behavior
'wsl --install Ubuntu-22.04' installs and launches in a timely manner
Actual Behavior
'wsl --install Ubuntu-22.04' hangs
