`f2fs` support #11503

Please allow me to make a PR with f2fs support added

I created a f2fs-support branch, I think it's a good idea to add support for this file system, because users may encounter the problem of missing f2fs, causing it to manually compile the kernel (which they don't really want to bother with)

These users also want this support by default:

I made a new Feature Request about F2FS enabling with a better solution taking advantage of the new modular structure of wsl2 6.6 kernel. Maybe this will make more priority and will be considered. Let's share the new issue with more people as possible
