Repro Steps

Proxy Client : v2ray, i use it to do proxy for my windows, and set in .wslconfig autoproxy=true, like:
```
[wsl2]
networkingMode=mirrored
dnsTunneling=true
autoProxy=true
localhostForwarding=true
```
Then I try clone my repository from github to my wls home dirctory, but i get :
and i can see it in v2ray log, github.com is proxy status
if i turn v2ray off , tring clone in wsl, and i will get access my proxy port 10809 failed, it still tries to use proxy, this is also not normal behavior i think.
please help me, why i get this, and how to figure it out.

complete cloning

Actual Behavior

git clone interrupted by some thing else
