Repro Steps

opening kali linux from windows search by searching for kali linux and opening it or by typing wsl in the terminal it doesn't open also and keeps loading with no output.

Expected Behavior

The linux terminal opens.

Actual Behavior

It's stuck like that forever on Kali Linux (Rolling) and doesn't open
