Cant change iptable #11573

Repro Steps

Install WSL Istall Docker use update-alternatives --config iptables change to legacy

Expected Behavior

Change sucessfuly to legacy (1)

Actual Behavior

update-alternatives: using /usr/sbin/iptables-legacy to provide /usr/sbin/iptables (iptables) in manual mode update-alternatives: error: error creating symbolic link '/etc/alternatives/iptables.dpkg-tmp': Permission denied
