Repro Steps
Enable ssh.socket. Configure it to port 2112. With wsl running, run on another terminal tab:
Expected Behavior
Be able to ssh into the device.
Actual Behavior
The computer progressively gets slower, until it gets completely unresponsive. the proccess 'svchost.exe -k NetSvcs -p -s iphlpsvc' starts using more and more memory and cpu. After some time, the ssh errors with message:
A couple of seconds, not immediately, svchost returns to normal cpu and memory usage.
