WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0xc0000409 (Any help will be appreciated!) #11735

THE SAME ERROR HAPPENDE WITH AL DISTRO (UBUNTU, SUSE, ETC):

wsl --install kali-linux Installing: Kali Linux Rolling Kali Linux Rolling has been installed. Launching Kali Linux Rolling... Installing, this may take a few minutes... WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0xc0000409 Error: 0xc0000409 (null) Press any key to continue... The installation process for distribution 'kali-linux' failed with exit code: 1. Error code: Wsl/InstallDistro/WSL_E_INSTALL_PROCESS_FAILED

Repro Steps

wsl --install

Expected Behavior

get a distro folder undier linux but it is empty.

Actual Behavior

Not working. Any help?
