wsl --install -d Ubuntu-22.04 The system cannot find the available path. Error Code: Wsl/CallMsi/ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND #12003

Repro Steps

wsl --install -d Ubuntu-22.04

Expected Behavior

I realized that my computer is not linux, that's why I tried to download this wsl application but it didn't work, I tried a thousand times with help and also with microsoft learn but it didn't work

Actual Behavior

I can't download/install Ubuntu 22.04 LTS for pterodactly setup
