wsl install failed windows 10 #12217

I'm trying to install podman 4.3.1 using cli but during the installation i have seen lot of error related to wsl.

Repro Steps

wsl.exe --version WSL version: 2.3.24.0 Kernel version: 5.15.153.1-2 WSLg version: 1.0.65 MSRDC version: 1.2.5620 Direct3D version: 1.611.1-81528511 DXCore version: 10.0.26100.1-240331-1435.ge-release Windows version: 10.0.19045.5011

Expected Behavior

wsl -l -v Windows Subsystem for Linux has no installed distributions.

Use 'wsl.exe --list --online' to list available distributions and 'wsl.exe --install ' to install.

wsl.exe --install Ubuntu

Actual Behavior

wsl --install
Ubuntu is already installed.

To collect WSL logs, download and execute collect-wsl-logs.ps1 in an administrative powershell prompt:

The scipt will output the path of the log file once done.

Once completed please upload the output files to this Github issue.
