Check Hyper-v windows planform enabled Run Pixel 5 emulator in vs android device manager

Expected Behavior

Run android emulator

Actual Behavior

Android emulator nor responding

Hi guys, can you resolved this problem? I'm using a virtual machine with parallels, windows 11 pro and I have the same problem.
