Repro Steps

Unsure of how this happened, I'm working off a VDI. I am the only one getting this issue at the moment and support doesn't know why. I've tried installing the Ubuntu distro on the MS Store and it gives me this error:

Installing, this may take a few minutes... WslRegisterDistribution failed with error: 0xe000020b Error: 0xe000020b (null) Press any key to continue...

Expected Behavior

I was expecting it to install and run just fine like it did on my local machine.

Actual Behavior

I found another ticket with the same error, I tried following the steps he listed to fix it, but that didn't work for me.

I can't seem to open the feedback hub and github won't let me upload the .etl file that's mentioned in the last step of how to attack a log link the bot gave me.

@saykin If resetting the network adapters didn't work you can upload here your .etl file renaming it to .txt first.

Does anyone able to resolve this 0xe000020b error? I have the same error when installing version 20 and 22 of WSL.
