Add more options for free Azure Trials on Add Services page in Wizard #1577

Step 4 "Add optional Azure Services" is currently only showing the free trial for students.

We should add info for other options here, f.ex show a couple of options more in a carousel.

Review title and Azure Profile area to improve display and code. Have a think about name of the AzureServicesModal (only contains some information) Examples:

two many divs to have that azure profile area that should probably just have one
on small screens when Sign In / Create Account are shown there´s a weird padding/margin on the left, should stay on the right.
