Added more verbose instructions, avoiding common pitfalls around keyvault RBAC
Instruct students to stay in VS Code to avoid going over possible issues in Azure Portal
Upgraded Node.js functions to use latest 4.x of the SDK (easier to follow documentation)
Provided a thorough solution CLI for coaches to run challenges 02 to 07.
