This PR includes two changes:

Copy exdiConfigData.xml (configure the exdi session) and systemregisters.xml (mapping between system reg. name and its access code) to the project out directory.
Modify the heuristicScanSize attribute value (in exdiConfigData.xml file) for the QEMU Gdb Server.
