This change adds a few updates for the new release of the Windows ML Samples Gallery

Configuration changes are made to fix all release configuration build errors
STDMETHODCALLTYPE is added to the function signature of NotifyRelease in TransformAsync.h to avoid "overriding virtual function differs by calling convention" errors
