Are you still seeing this issue? Are you on a device that is controlled by group policy or managed by your organization?

Yes still, personal device.

After the Windows 11 24H2 update 26100.1742 the error changed to :

I did a fresh Windows 11 24H2 (destroyed all partitions) install and I could install and use the Sandbox.

I am using Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2033 and today I have the same problem today installing the 2024-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044384)

Hello, I just figured out the reason, it's Bitdefender Advanced Threat Protection that blocks the file. I disable it and the installation works.
