I did a fresh Windows 11 24H2 (destroyed all partitions) install and I could install and use the Sandbox.
I am using Windows 11 24H2 Build 26100.2033 and today I have the same problem today installing the 2024-10 Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5044384)

Hello, I just figured out the reason, it's Bitdefender Advanced Threat Protection that blocks the file. I disable it and the installation works.
