[CFAPI/CLDAPI] Placeholder status are not always propagated in the explorer. #260

When having all placeholders marked as InSync above a node and the node is marked as also inSync the Windows explorer could keep the status as Pending synchronisation.

I tried to:

Re-index
Overwrite PKEY_Placeholderstatus metadata (access denied)
Create a new file to trigger update

After a certain amount of time, status may change. What is the correct procedure to fix this ?
