virtual serial 2 um #1036

I installed the virtual serial 2 um driver (changed name, or it will report the name is reserved when installing) but now what to do next? how to create a virtual serial device? I cannot see anything in the 'device manager'.

answer is: use 'devcon' to create device. please close it.
