Haha! You found it!
It's an unlisted page and has just enough effort into it to address required compliance information like privacy policy. I'm amazed people found it to review. I don't believe I can shut off reviews but will look into it, since it's not really a "high-value" surface. We can also look into getting some better icons, since apparently people can actually get to it.
I don't believe I can shut off reviews
perhaps that's some good feedback for the store team
I found it as well. I was wondering what this was and if I could delete it.
These ought to be recategorized as "System Components"
Thanks Carlo. I'm not really familiar with this but I'm always up for learning something new so let me know if you need any help or don't mind a fly on the wall if you have work to do in fixing any issues with this? Either way, I appreciate your quick response on this issue.
Kind Regards, Lela aka Zenra Aztoria

Describe the bug
When the Windows App Runtime is serviced via the Microsoft Store, its product detail page (PDP), fake reviews, and related metadata appear on various surfaces. The runtime package surfaces only minimal information and looks unknown and malicious.
Steps to reproduce the bug
See also screenshots below.
Expected behavior
Better metadata, art, and no ratings/reviews (if possible) so that users are better informed as to what's being put onto their machines.
