Windows App SDK projects should say Desktop Windows in Visual Studio #3450

In Visual Studio, currently, Windows App SDK projects say Desktop after the name, whereäs UWP projects say Universal Desktop. For consistency, Windows App SDK projects should say Desktop Windows.

Or well, change 'Universal Windows' to 'Windows Universal' and then change 'Desktop' to 'Windows Desktop'.
