Fluent Icon Redesign & Enhancement #320

I have redesigned the XmlNotepad’s icon to align with the Fluent/WinUI3 Style, the latest design language for Windows apps. The new icon retains the original xml logo on the notepad icon, and supports proper icon displaying on high-resolution displays with 256x256 pixels. It also enhances the visual appeal and clarity of XmlNotepad on Windows platforms. Rectangle 1
