Environment Details:

Application Name: Accessibility Insights for Web Operating System: Windows 11 Enterprise Insider Preview(23H2) OS Build: 26010.1000 Edge Version: Version 121.0.2256.2 (Official build) stable app, dev channel (64-bit)

Repro Steps:

1. Settings<Accessibility<Contrast Themes< Aquatic mode.
2. Hit the URL https://accessibilityinsights.io, install and add application to edge/ chrome
3. Tab till Accessibility Insights for web icon and press enter
4. Tab till ok button in Telemetry and press enter
5. Tab till Fast Pass link and press enter
6. Tab till Tab Stops and press enter
7. Tab to Tab Stops page as pass / fail and add a failure instance
8. Observe in High contrast aquatic mode focus is not visible properly for "Arrow and + (add a failure instance)" button.

Actual:

In High contrast aquatic mode focus is not visible properly for "Arrow and + (add a failure instance)" button. The focus rectangle is drawn, but the color is too faint to meet color contrast requirements. Please refer to screenshots below.

Expected:

In High contrast aquatic mode focus should be visible properly for "Arrow and + (add a failure instance)" button.

User Impact:

High contrast users will face difficulty when focus is not visible properly for "Arrow and + (add a failure instance)" button

These screenshots were all taken with identical state. The focus rectangle is on the "Fail" radiobutton. Similar contrast issues also occur on the "Pass" radiobutton and both the "Undo" and the "Add" buttons that appear to the right of the radiobuttons
