Will this project replace torch-directml?

It depends on user's choice, as Antares project also targets to non-DirectX platforms, helping to switch across different accelerators (DirectX is not the only focus).

When can the wheel brings python 3.11 version?

Currently, we plan to wait and support latest 3.12 directly which is about to come out within 1 month.
