Add react-navigation

Use react-navigation replacing react-native-router-flux
Comment all lines about react-native-router-flux, if this version is stable, we can just remove them easily
All navigation controllers are in router folder. If you want to use the reducer constants(or types) in react-navigation, please import them from the reducer in router folder.
