Feature Request: Remote Config

Description The ability to set configuration within AppCenter and this would then be pushed, by AppCenter, to my app without needing me to do a deployment of my app.

Alternative Solutions Firebase provides this feature.

Additional context

Please provide this to all platforms from day 1.
I should able able to provide a json config to AppCenter who then pushes this out to my app.
AppCenter should version this config to allow me to easily roll back to a previous known state.
Not all users with access to AppCenter should be allowed to modify or even view this config.

How can we get this item tracked so that the msftbot won't try to close it every couple of months?

This would allow us to migrate away from Firebase Remote Config. 👍 This would be a great feature.
