Make it possible to tag apps and filter apps on the dashboard by tags #2576

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have the possibility to tag apps and to filter the apps on the dashboard by those tags (which was possible in HockeyApp). It should be possible to add multiple tags to each app and also to select multiple tags in the filter on the dashboard. The tag filter should be persistent, just like the existent OS, release type and role filters.

Describe alternatives you've considered Using search: This allows to filter the apps based on their titles, but it's quite insufficient:

  1. All apps are shown that somehow contain the search term, which might be more or other apps than expected, even when we would add tags to the apps titles.
  2. Searching for multiple terms is not possible at all.
  3. The search is not persistent, i.e. when returning to the dashboard the last search is gone.

Additional context Background for the feature request: With a lot of apps from different projects, it becomes tedious to find the app you're looking for. The existent filters are insufficient, as it doesn't allow to filter e.g. for all apps that belong to the same project

Our team uses AppCenter extensively, and we have many app builds with similar names but with many subtle variations (eg: alpha, beta, develop, main), and for multiple platforms. I am regularly accessing the builds from AppCenter on Windows, iOS, and Android. Yes I can filter on each device for the platform, but particularly on the various sized iOS and Android devices, I cannot always see the full title of an app. Being able to group apps would reduce the amount of accidental wrong installations that I do when testing apps.
