refactor(ss): DS search space directory structure #150

Description

Adds discrete_search/search_spaces/cv directory for CV-related search spaces
Adds discrete_search/search_spaces/benchmark directory for NAS benchmarks
Moves SegmentationDagSearchSpace to discrete_search/search_spaces/cv directory
Moves NatsbenchTssSearchSpace to discrete_search/search_spaces/benchmark
Small changes to __init__.py files to allow shorter import statements (i.e from archai.discrete_search.search_spaces.cv import XYZ)
