Adaptation of the workshop for ARO 4.3 #61

With ARO 4.3 GA I tried to follow the workshop on an ARO version. Several adaptation were required. Major change is on the creation of the cluster where I injected official documentation and finally just put a link because first doc was buggy and it may change in the future.

I didn't modify anything else except two small typos and fixing the issue #52

one remark: on the playground cluster (MS one), PV for mongo is created but pod cannot write to it but that's may due to a specific config of the playgroud cluster, that's why I changed to the ephemeral solution which is working fine and does not change the value of the lab itself, since PV is tested in details in the following chapter

@sabbour do you think my update is useful or do we want to stay on 3.11 a lit bit more ? If yes, I thought about also moving the creation of the cluster in the first part (requirements), especially because now, people will not use http://cloudlabs.ai/ anymore and will have to provision a cluster.
