Update URL for mongodb-persistent-template #82

OpenShift removed the template from their master branch so this links to the last commit that contained it. MongoDB uses an Operator now so we need to find a new DB platform to work with.

Thanks for this @vincepower . Potentially we can switch this to use Azure Cosmos DB with Mongo DB API. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/mongodb-introduction Do you want to take a stab at it?
