Sign in with different user #79

Tried to change my user to get access to another Azure subscription from VS Code. It showed that it got access to the new subscription and I selected it. However, creating a new resource always went straight into the former subscription. Restart, log in & log out did not work.

Until we add support for multi-account experiences, make sure that the account you want to use is the only account signed in.

You can do this by making sure the account is the only Microsoft account showing up in the Accounts menu. Like this:
