Doc missing for Serial Console url whitelist

Hi,

I noticed when the jQuery blocked due to some reason, the serial console didn't work to display. It seems there is no documentation for this and it is not involved in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-portal/azure-portal-safelist-urls?tabs=public-cloud as well.
