Cannot see other peoples votes #155

Hi,

a want to start by saying thanks for the plugin. We use it very frequently for years and it is a great help, especially since the Rona hit.

I tried to make sure that this issue has not yet been reported. I apologize if I did a bad job at that.

This is something which is not a big deal, but kind of annoying. We always had this problem, so I am surprised nobody reported it.

When we are voting the cards of other people are not showing up face down. We constantly have to switch between work items to refresh the view and see if everybody has voted yet to reveal the cards.

I would be very happy to find a solution for that.

Hi @AminTi,

I am confused. This is the repo for MS DevLabs Estimate, right? At least this is what we are using. Am I wrong here? I do not know anything about the "Estimation Poker" extension.

Please clarify

Hi AminTi,

there is nothing special:

  1. Create an estimation session
  2. Join the session
  3. Let another user join
  4. Vote
  5. Let the other user vote

Expected: Both users see that both users voted Observed: Only my vote is shown. The other users vote is shown after switching to another work item and back again.

It is reliably reproducible on our tenant. Do you want to have a web session looking at it?
