Lock down who can 'reveal' during a session #265

Hello! We frequently have to re-do estimates because someone clicks 'reveal' too early. It would be great if the session host (such as PO or Scrum Master) could lock this down so they are the only person who can reveal.

Hi, there is an existing option to enable it, When creating a session under security.
