Stuck at "Connecting to server" #301

Looks like this was an issue before and saw responses this was fixed. But currently can't connect to the session.

What can I do to troubleshoot? The offline sessions seem to work.

Sorry for the late notice. It still does it. I've tried from two different computers and two different internet providers. I'll just continue to use the Offline mode for now.
