Split not working #32

Hello,

I still have issues with the split function on PBIs. The split PBI window does not open and the below tasks are not moved to the next sprint. Here attached a video that shows it: https://github.com/microsoft/azure-boards-split/assets/168557080/e53cd2d5-6c5f-4a21-a796-264f3a29c8bb
