When selecting an organization and canceling before project we end up in an invalid state #50

Workaround: Undo/remove the settings.json change to your working tree that the extension generates after selecting the org.

Oh.. ran into the same bug today. I'm wondering if we can simply move the "save org to settings.json" step in the code to be after the select project step. This way the settings are updated for both org and project together or not at all.

We could also just store it together as a single unit.
