5 years ago another... i can sympathize but this seems to be a VSCode design system level thing to me. i don't know that we're doing anything different than any other panel. see the source control panel for example. i'm thinking "wontfix"

With long work item titles, the text blurs with the hover command icons, making it tougher to see and know that those are commands vs. emojis or something in the title itself.
