Feature Request: Add ARM Export Template in the Azure Portal at App Level #438

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There are ARM Export Template in the Azure Portal at RG or ACA Env. level, NOT at App Level

Describe the solution you'd like.
Please add "ARM Export Template" option in the Azure Portal at App Level. Also it would be good at the Env. level to include in the "ARM Export Template" all the Apps deployed to this Env.

Describe alternatives you've considered.
