Where does the menu contribution show up? #25

Using tfx extension init I created an extension with just the Menu contribution, which is supposed to show up on Build definitions somewhere. Based on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/extend/reference/targets/overview?view=azure-devops, I can see where it is supposed to be in the old UI, but after publishing I'm unable to find it in the current UI. I also tried it for ms.vss-code-web.pull-request-action-menu, but I was unable to find anything there either (though that one could be due to user error).

Nevermind, I hadn't actually installed the extension (just shared it with the org). So the build one is working now. Just need to figure out what I'm doing wrong for the PR one...
