Example of a Hub with Sidebar #60

The Formula Design System documentation talks about the sidebar in the shell page; this appears to be referring to the sidebar, as seen in the wiki page type, and its size & collapsed state at different page sizes. Is this sidebar system available to extension developers? if so, in leu of thorough documentation, can an example be added to this repo?

@Kylebrown9 The problem with this repo is that it is abandoned. No MS employees are answering.
My opinion is: the plugin can extend the sidebar only by definition in an extension manifest. But I have a lack of information too.
